Well, i have decided LiveJournal is sweet to know whats goin on with everyone but, i just dont have time to update. Basically, softball and homework have taken over my life rite now.. other then that, spending time with my matthew! :) Schools almost out, thnk god. IDK what im gunna do all summer, i really need a job! lol Anyways, its a half day today and ill prolly sit home bored as can be all day long... but maybe not? :-P

Welll... theres alot going on rite now n i jus dont even no what to do anymore. Other then that, I jus got back from Chicago saturday nite and that was pretty fun but i came home to bad news so that sucked. I didnt really get to enjoy myself there because of all the fights with matt but it was ok i guess... hung out with all the dakota kidds basically, met alot of new people. Theres sum good times trapped on that trip ill never forget, and others id love to forget but probably cant. Anyways, yesterday wasnt too pleasent and today has just been blah. I wish i knew how to explain how i feel but i just cant put it all into words. I think i just need to stop everything, catch up on my school work, and focus on whats important. Theres so much little CRAP going on rite now n its really starting to bother me. Thats just the "jist" of it... if u wanna talk about it u can get a hold of me outside of LJ. But yeah, i got a tonnnn of homework to do so i think ill get to that, jus thought id update a lil since i never do anymore.

Ahhh... this past weekend was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Nothing could ever beat it, it was just wonderful. Friday i went out with matt n ben n did sum running around for saturday, sautrday was snowcoming of course (blast n a half), n yesterday i went back over to my matthews to watch the superbowl n hang out with him n his family.
Today has been pretty sucky, but its all good... I came home sick in the middle of lunch n slept from 11:45-5:30, n then i talked to matthew on the fone in bed til like 7:30ish. So now im doing homework n stuff, then going back to bed cuz i still feel like SHI-OT.

Well, yesterday was my sweet 16.. it was ok i guess. I had a really stressful day with midterms being this week and all, but it turned out ok. We didnt really celebrate that much cuz i had to babysit and study, but matt came over for dinner with my family and jess n dawn took me out to lunch @ red robin after school. Besides that stuff, nothing really going on... midterm week, enuf said! :X Although ive been surprised so far, they havent been too extremely hard. I think i mite actually be doing good! hehe Anyways, im tired and hungry.. so im gunna go eat sum lunch n then take a nice little nap! :)

Well, its off to Inidana for a softball tournament all weekend. *sighs* I jus got home from school n were just finishin up gettin readi and stuff before we leave for indy around 1:30ish. Its gunna be a long trip, i know that. Six or so hours in the car with just me and my parents, a whole weekend away from my matthew after a pretty bad week, and a huge load of homework. I kinda really wish this trip wasnt this weekend, it wasnt a good enuf week to just up and leave for 3 days... o well, ill live. I really hope, no offence to the team, to get knocked out early sunday morning cuz i dont want to get home too late.Anyways, im not done packing yet... so i better go do that before i get in trouble. Have a good weekend.

Happy New Year everyone! I had an awesome break, spent most of the time with matt and my family. It went by so fast, but it was still so amazing. I went to the mall and the movies with sum people over break too, so that was pretty cool. Other then that i kinda had an over-load of family parties and did a whole lot of "bonding" with my family n junk. My Christmas was wonderful, i hope yours was too! Anyways, its a new year which means new beginnings. It has been ok so far, not the best... but im sure things will turn around soon. Tomorrow i leave after 3rd hour for a softball tournament in Indianapolis with my winter travel team, so that shud be exciting. I didnt really want to go after seeing our performance at the silverdome tournie, but i think it will be alright now... esp. since have recruited the ol' dan-dan! hehe. I hope we arent a complete failure down there tho, otherwise it wont be too fun. "LETS GO FIERCE!" hahaha, i think thats hilarious. Uhmmm... i think thats all for now, besides the fact i dont update anymore! :-)

Since ive updated, nothing exciting has really happened... i had a tournament at the silverdome last weekend and my team did horribly. So for the most part that was just a drag, esp. after hurting my knee and recovering the huge amount of soreness because i havent played in forever. But Christmas break is coming soon and that makes me really happy. I hold an enmormous amount of jealousy towards Matthew rite now, he had his last day of school for the year today and we still hvae 2 more days! >:O Its all good, at least i get to see him tonite! :) I must get going, i have a family openhouse thingy tonite at my cuzins that i have to get readi for and my mom is making me clean my room... oh dear!

THE TYPICAL GIRLS FAST PITCH SOFTBALL PLAYER (TGFPSP) is first and foremost somebodies little girl.
At one time, she looked cute as a button, dressed in pink with pony tails. (Visions of Alice in Wonderland.) She played with dolls, helped mom bake cookies, and has probably earned a few bucks babysitting. She has been, and always will be daddy's (mom's) little girl.
The TGFPSP still has all those little girl attributes. The only difference is now she looks cute dressed in sliders and shorts. If she is wearing ribbons in her hair, they are team colors. She still bakes cookies ... team bake sale. And she has probably earned a few bucks ... at the team car wash. Now she is, and always will be daddy's (mom's) little second baseman. (insert position of choice).
The TGFPSP takes pride in how much dirt she can collect every weekend. Go to dinner on a night that she is not playing and it takes an hour of primping to get ready, and she still feels self-consious. Go after a game and she'll walk right into a restaurant with a streak of dirt across her forehead, ratted hair, stained shirt and brownish/white socks. Or brown toes with sandals! Let's EAT!
The TGFPSP is ready and willing to play at the drop of a hat! If she can get away with it, she will play on two teams. (In the same day no less) She has a huge wardrobe: plenty of tournament shirts and shorts from all the teams she has played on. Her parents do her school shopping every weekend at the tournament T-Shirt booth. When you say, "wear something nice", she thinks it means a tournament shirt without dirt stains.
The TGFPSP needs to get an athletic scholarship. Her parents have spent $100,000 on camps, private instruction, batting cages, gloves, bats, equipment, uniforms, player fees, concession stands, travel and lodging. THEY'RE BROKE!!!
The TGFPSP is a fierce competitor, willing to stand in against a fast pitcher at close distance that even pro baseball players would have trouble hitting! And she might be 5'2" and 100 lbs. soaking wet. She might play first or third base at 20 feet from home plate, saying I dare you to bunt ... drive one down my throat!!!
The TGFPSP has more spirit than maybe any other team sport. At least it sounds that way. Softball is the only sport where a girls ability to cheer sometimes effects roster decisions. She can't bunt or hit, she is a liabilty in the field ... but she cheers constantly!
The TGFPSP is playing the game for all the right reasons! SHE LOVES IT! She could hang out at the mall, stay home and watch TV, or spend her summers at the pool. Instead she has a tight schedule with limited free time, hangs out on the practice field with a coach in her face, and spends her summers getting baked on a 95 degree field with no shade. Maybe we should get some of our kids checked for IQ? :)
The TGFPSP has her priorities in order: Tournaments, League Games, Team Practices, schoolwork, individual practice and batting cage, family, private softball instruction, church, conditioning, softball camps, boys. (Maybe church comes before the batting cage.) At least on Sundays.
The TGFPSP is diligent and hardworking. She knows you get out of something, what you put into it. She is not the type of kid to take the easy way out! She is competitve, not willing to give up. She learns many valuable lesson during the course of her softball career, like:
* You can stay at Holiday INN for $12 bucks a night if you are willing to go 4 to a room.
* Hotels don't monitor pool usage, and you can go swimming anytime, whether your a registered guest or not.
* Continental breakfast means: 3 bowls of cereal, bagel, 2 donuts and 4 glasses of OJ.
Unlike the geographically challenged, softball girls know how to get from home to every field in a 25 mile radius.
The TGFPSP has a lot of fun every summer, enough to make her come back next year regardless of all the sacrifices, the money, the occaisional bad coach, drinking water that people have put their hands in, etc.
Wow, how i can relate... hehe. I cant wait til Indy with my girls in January, just a few weeks away!

Well.. this weekend was ok i guess. I was grounded on friday so my homework got done, then i was gunna do sumthing with dana but that never happened. thats ok tho. i went to bed at like 8:30 cuz i was tired n in a bad mood. Yesterday i had practice in the morning, then came home n put up the xmas tree with my mom, n then got readi n went to a hockey game with matt n a buncha other kids. It was pretty fun until we started arguing n then it was kinda weird. I hate arguing with him... its the worst feeling ever:( Anyways, i came home n talked online for a little bit then went to bed at like 1 er so. Didnt fall asleep til like 2- 2:30 n woke up this morning at 11 w/ a headache. Today is gunna b long and boring... i cant do anything cuz i have to clean out my drawers and clean my room completely, then possibly go x-mas shopping with my mom. blah. thats it for now, leave a comment.

haha, i jus realized i never update in here anymore... i dont find it very interesting anymore, but hey thats alright.
anyways.. since last update, lets see: had my mri, results came back negative (good); celebrated thnksgiving, delicious and great times; dad was in the hospital, but hes better now :)... and i went to the 89x X-mas concert, whcih was amazing. other then that, same ol same ol. school school school, headache headache headache, homework homework homework, see matt more matt more matt, and a lil softball in between there. oh yeah, n im grounded every friday til my homeworks done from now on becuz i always do it on sunday like a normal kid does, and my mom gets mad at me... so shes kool n made a "new rule".
today was pretty kool i guess... i went to bed at 7 last nite becuz i was tired from wednesday nite and the concert, so today i had an amazing amount of energy. it was exciting, school wasnt the hell hole it usually is when im tired and bored at the end of the week. i was actually enjoying that it was friday, like other fridays, but with excessive exaggeration on the fact we didnt have to see those annoying ugly teachers for 3 days after 6th hour. :) dana had a few comments and made me realize the 2 extremes i can be at... wednesday (weird, out of it, and cranky) compared to today (hyper, happy, undescribable). idk what im doing tonite, prolly sumthing with dana, but were not sure what yet.
done for now... lol OH yeah, my mom got a digital camera but its mine unless shes using it. :)

Friday was pretty fun... went over matts n hung out with him n then we went n picked sumthing up with his mom n visited his brother at oakland. Yesterday, eh... got in a fight with my mom which totally ruined my day, so i was in an interesting mood all nite. But i woke up at 3pm n had softball at 4,then i went to the game with matt n ben n we went back to bens place after for a bit... haha all i gotta say is, they are OBSESSED with video games. They definitly played video games the whole time, but it was cool i guess... got a few nice cat naps in here and there. hehe Today,was definitly a lazy day. Jus kinda sat around til 4 then showered n matt came over, he jus left at like 7ish. Now i have homework to do... cuz im SWEET and put it off til now. (i hate myself for ideas like this)
Yeah, everything sounds fun and dandy... but im truely not a happy kid rite now. Not becuz of friends or family or anything, cuz that i have wonderful of. Including my awesome boyfriend. But to be honest, im extremely terrified. These headaches never phased me before... yeah they were a pain in the butt n i hated them all along, but now look. I jus had bloodwork done,and now im going for an MRI, it has to be serious. Ooo i kno i shouldnt freak out n all, but i havent heard anything good about everything, all i hear is how scary and horrible MRI's are and how freaked out im gunna be. I try not to think about it, becuz in the end im sure everything will be fine... but i everytime i catch myself im always thinking about it. :-/

Well... i officially am horrible at keeping current updates in here. lol Alots happened since ive last updated. Heres an overview:
1. I now have the best boyfriend ever... Matthew.
2. School, eh... mayb got a lil MORE boring.
3. Halloween passed, goodtimes. (i was a lame, softball player)
4. Winter softball team starts practicing tomorrow, exciting.
5. Made my confirmation.. woohoo, lol
6. Hmm, puppys gotten bigger?
7. Got blood work done yesterday
8. Gotta get an MRI sutmime withing the next week (trying to figure out why i get these bad headahces)
9. Chippewa v. Dakota game is tomorrow... u ALL best be there! :)
Today im either goin out to matts or hes comming here n were goin bolwing with the rest of the crew... idk yet, well see!
umm yeah, so ive completely turned my journal boring and a waste of time... but thats A-OK!

Well, this weekend was pretty fun i guess. My mom has been up north since thursday and she shud be home sumtime soon. I went to a football game on friday with my daddio. yesterday me n annie went to the movies to see "shark tale" hehe it was actually a pretty funny movie... i thot it was going to be dumb, but i laughed a lot! :P *He* went up north for the weekend so i felt pretty lonely at night when we usually would be on the fone, but its ok becuz hes home now! :) Anyways, i have a hugeeee histroy test tuesday and i gotta start studying... so i better be going!

WoW... "time" and "bria" definitly dont have anything in common! I never have time for anything anymore. Anyways, this weekend has been pretty awesome. The Dakota vs. Chippewa game on friday was amazing! I went out with Jess n her friends after, it was pretty fun. I didnt get home til 1:30 er so, so my mom made my cerfew 11 last nite. Which kinda sucked, but o well. I slept in til 2 yesterday then went to Annies from 8-11, that was a blast. HAHA We had sum intense catch-phrase games, ddr,pool, and bbaLL games. Memories, memories, memories. Talked on the fone for a lil once i got home, n then passed out.Today i slept until like 1ish n had to shower rite away cuz my lil cuzins came over to see the puppy. They jus left like 15 mins ago n now idk what im gunna do... well see! :-P Thats all for now, prolly wont update during hte week again, so long til the weekend again!
